Jen who has been answering the phones today is extremely rude. I called this morning to ask if they were still selling chicks, she said she couldn't answer the question and to call back. Called back this afternoon and she had such a bad attitude on the phone when she said they had no chicks. That's fine. Just be polite about it. No reason to have such an attitude for a simple question. It also could have been answered this morning since it was the same girl who answered the phone. Probably shouldn't make your customers feel like such an inconvenience.

Good store, product selection.
Effort to assist customer sometimes lacking depending on the staff member.
Not for me today though 3/12/24 at Plattsburgh NY store. Kammie was excellent!! Kind, eager to assist, knowledgeable of product and it's location in store, expressed ideas and suggestions for my product/project needs.

Great store for "things outdoorsy"...garden hardware and supplies, outdoors wear, hunting, fishing and boating supplies, and so much more.

One stop shopping for all kinds of things. A large store with a small business feel. My husband and I love Runnings and feel fortunate to have a Runnings store in our area.

Went looking for a meat press. Found this Bacon/Grill/Press ~ good for Bacon, Grilled Sandwiches, Quesadillas & Hamburgers. Can't wait to try it out!!

Love this place! It's like a cabelas, tractor supply, and ace hardware smashed together. Will be returning as much as possible despite it being a drive for us. If you need it they got it.

they sell so much cool stuff here, like hard to find candy and drinks, peepers, and cool horse stuff!

I absolutely love this store. They have pretty much everything you can imagine, and everyone who works there is super friendly. Also, they allow you to bring your dog in. Maisie, my 11lb dachshund, and I wandered around the store for a couple of hours. The cashier gave her a treat when we were leaving!
