“I had gone to Walmart to purchase printer ink and the individual needed to obtain the ink was extremely rude, I mean extremely rude. I told him don’t bother I was going elsewhere. I went to Staples and they were having a great sale on printers, I ended up purchasing a printer. The checkout cashier was very helpful with a couple questions I had and his personality was fantastic. So glad I ended up at Staples. What a difference in service!!!”

“I had returned a package to the store this past Monday. The package came back to me the next day. I went back into the store today all confused about seeing the package back at my house again. Those ladies were so helpful! They explained to me that with any returning package you just pull all the old labling off before coming into the store. They usually cover up the new labling but sometimes that step is skipped if they are super busy or new staff in training (completely understandable). I just want to give a shout out to them because they were so busy but took time to explain these helpful steps. And they were so kind about my daughter who was running around the store like it was a playground lol.
