I have been a customer with Northern Insuring for many years now. I had switched to another agency briefly only to regret the switch -- the switch was offered through my employer, and I thought perhaps it would help me save more, but was absolutely a wrong move. Not only was I referred to a larger company, with lackluster customer service, but my rates increased despite not having been in an accident and not having filed any claims.
When I returned to Northern, I was reminded of why I was such a satisfied customer to begin with. I worked with Melissa K. who was professional, prompt, and pleasant. She was able to find me a quote for my auto and renters insurance that was ~$900 cheaper -- with the same level of coverage -- than the rate at my other agency.
