I have dealt with Napa on a few occasions, have always been satisfied with the service here! I have a 1987 Toyota 1 ton pickup/camper. The only place in Plattsburgh that can get me the part's I need! Also cheap prices! Autozone can't get me anything. Advance can't get me anything. Great service by knowledgeable people. Will be dealing with them many times to restore my classic Toyota!

Extremely rude associates, especially Alex!! They all ignore people waiting in line, not even any type of acknowledgment if they are on the phone! Also, I was rudely cut-off mid sentence so he could answer the phone, must be because I am a woman, real nice!
