That was my experience yesterday (3/27/24) with store member, Amber. Very sweet, eager to help. DETERMINED to help me find an item. They didn't have the item (spools of specialty ribbon) but she suggested an alternate option which would work out even better. I chose 2 that were similar but one was on sale, one was not. She took time to suggest and show me the UPC scan discount sign inside front store by entrance - "any one regular priced item 50% off". Silly me I never noticed that sign before.

“I too have been a customer of theirs since they opened their first shop in Riverview Mall on Margaret Street. They have always been friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of comics of all kinds. I'm glad they've opened another comic shop as Plattsburgh can definitely use more bookstores of all kinds.”
