“The facilities themselves are quite nice, especially considering the ease of access for a full time student such as myself. The location is well placed in the middle of the campus. The nice remodeling inside and consistently pleasant reception by staff tends to provide a nice experience. The layout is somewhat labyrinthine in nature, unfortunately, and that is the one of the two things holding back my rating. The other being that the upstairs gymnasium has a floor that is almost impossible to perform athletics on. As a basketball player, that can be infuriating when players are slipping around on the hardwood. Besides these two nitpicks, the gym serves its function excellently.”

I was in Plattsburgh for just over a week and dropped into CrossFit Plattsburgh and I am so glad I did. Chris and the members are incredibly welcoming, the coaches are supportive, and the space is top-notch with everything you would expect from a solid box . Even as a short-term visitor, I felt included and the programming is challenging but scalable. I left each classes stronger mentally and physically. Highly recommend this box if you're in town.”
