These stores honestly suck you pay $200 plus tax to them for a device own it for a year in still new condition we can give you $40 for it, so you loose $160 in value and they gain after resell $300 in total from you from the one device these stores are a money grab scam stores

My sons refurbished Xbox one that I got from GameStop stopped working so I brought it to GameStop in the mall in Plattsburgh. The employee, Patrick, greeted me, listened to my problem and shared that I had unfortunately not purchased the warranty for my sons Xbox and the manufactures warranty had expired. Accepting defeat, I started to pack the Xbox up when Patrick offered to hook the Xbox to their television and see what was wrong. Miraculously, it powered on and functioned without issue. This may seem like an insignificant thing to write a review for but Patrick could’ve just told me no and sorry then sent me on my way but instead he took the few extra minutes to try and give me a little insight on the issue, which, come to find out, isn’t the Xbox but possibly my sons older style television. The gaming community still proves to be one of the best around.Thank you Patrick

I can bring in a photo or a name and this place always knows what I'm looking for. My son appreciates this, as my experience is limited to the old school Nintendo Mario Bros.

Patrick was extremely helpful with helping me figure what variant of the Oculus Quest 2 would be best for my needs. He gave me advice on which would work best and has saved me some money in the process! He was also incredibly polite and conversational!

So, today I bought an elite booster box pokemon go. The newest set of the mewtwo. I opened the box and did not pull any good cards. I went to the store to get my money back and they said " oh, we can't do that cause the box is opened". Well people put cards into the booster pack in a factory and send it to the store. So, why don't they put more rare cards rather than a few in 10 booster packs per box. And these guys are not cheep so, why does the word " opened" defines for a box having not the transparent wrapping? I don't understand. Next time try to put more valuable cards that people doesn't end up like me in terms of our policy as a buyer not a seller, I hope this made sence and have a wonderful day to the polemon company who sells cards that can end up a waste of effort for them to package better cards per booster packs in boxes like the elite box. Just, you know they make better income, just put more. Anyways, today is my last time buying pokemon cards
