Effort to assist customer sometimes lacking depending on the staff member.
Not for me today though 3/12/24 at Plattsburgh NY store. Kammie was excellent!! Kind, eager to assist, knowledgeable of product and it's location in store, expressed ideas and suggestions for my product/project needs.”

“It is difficult not to give a 5 star, the only reason is for the limited range of items available in store. Otherwise Target is the pinnacle of tranquility as a shopping experience. It's just great and Canada misses the Target stores. Ample free parking is available.”
“I would 100% recommend this Ashley‘s location to anyone I know! The customer service I received here was above and beyond! I worked with three different sales people on different occasions, as well as the woman at the desk that helped me get signed up for the Ashley‘s credit card and each and every person was wonderful. Two of the salesman that helped me with the purchase of my couch were even wonderful with my four year old son as I dealt with the details of finalizing the sale. My son even said on our way out how much he liked them and how nice they were… and we all know kids will tell you the brutally honest truth! Additionally, after I had left, I called back to add an item to my order and they were incredibly helpful with doing so even though the following day I changed my mind and wanted to change the added item to a different item… Scott was incredibly patient and kind even through my indecisiveness.”

“I went to Choice Furniture to get a comfortable recliner. I left with a power recliner and power adjustable bed. Will and his staff are great to work with and their prices are unbeatable! Ask about the inexpensive no touch white glove delivery. My new bed and chair was delivered and setup the same day! This was about the sixth time that I have purchased furniture and I have shopped around but Choice Furniture has been the place I go for all of my major furniture purchases!”
