For being on the cheaper side, these storage units are clean and they are big and reception was very kind and helpful

Pretty decent storage units and they'll work with you on payments if needed.

Great facility, with affordable rental pricing, and a variety of different sized units for your storage needs. Very friendly office staff as well.

Fairly priced. Not gated, but the storage buildings are right next to the office that also doubles as a repair shop. It's occupied most of the day. Gives the feeling of added security knowing that the owners are close by all day with eyes on the units.

I called Durocher self storage in September because I needed storage for my mom's belongings, as she was going into respite care and I needed to clean out her home. I called them because every other storage company in the area was full and had no units available. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and after I gave her a debit card for payment, she told me that I had unit #720. She let me know that I would have to come by and sign paperwork at some point, buy a lock, and that I was all set to start putting stuff in the unit whenever I wanted to. 2 weeks or so later, my fiancé and I borrowed a truck, loaded heavy furniture into it, drove the 20 or so minutes to the storage unit, and when we get there, the unit is already in use with a lock on it. I've tried to call SEVERAL TIMES and the phone rings, then goes silent. I lost out on $75 that could have been put to use for final expenses, as my mom ended up passing away shortly after this. I'm severely disappointed. I would love to get my money back but I doubt that will happen.

I've stored my belongings in many storage facilities throughout the years and I must say this one is not up to par. I was told to put my mattress up on pallets but not my furniture. I discovered on March 5th 2020 that there was a half inch of water and solid ice in the unit when I started moving my things out. They were frozen to the floor in the ice and my antique furniture was absorbing water and I had to chip the ice to get it off my things. Needless to say I have beautiful things that are now ruined. Also the parking lot is full of huge potholes that need to be fixed asap. I also paid my bill and went in a Saturday to retrieve some things only to find a lock on my unit. On Monday when they reopened I asked why and was told oh sorry we forgot to take the lick off a week ago. At 85$ a month I expected a better level of storage.

Good location. Doors didn't stay open on their own. No lights

MUCH cheaper than the other surround storage places! And they actually have units available. Parking lot is a bit beat up with potholes, but there's tons of space around the units for trailers.
