I recently stumbled into Della Subaru and found myself at a crossroads. It was in that moment that Alesha took over and made me an offer I simply could not refuse. Within 3 days of expressing interest, she had my future car right in front of me. I wasn't sold on the color, but she was able to knock out my concerns.
When I came to, I found that I loved the color, in fact, I'm not sure that I'll love another color this much again.
Alesha tailored this deal with the attention to detail only Machiavelli could accurately describe. Is it better to be loved or feared? Well in this deal, I loved it so much that I feared not following through with it.
As I pulled up in my vehicle thinking of all we had been through in the last 5 years, the silence was broken by the sweet sounds of Madonna’s hit “Like a Prayer”, as Alesha and Jenn met me at the door. After several high fives and handshakes, ink met paper and with each stroke of the pen, rays of light broke through it once darkened room of solitude.
It's been one week since you looked at me
Threw your arms in the air and said, "You're crazy”
And yet here I am today in my new car. Thank you Alesha!

Elijah in sales and Mary in finance expertly guided me through the process of my first lease through Subaru. These people know what they are doing, and it was an all around fair and personable customer experience for me. Both reassured me of their commitment to making the process smooth, and both met my needs and recognized my limits as a customer. If you finance a vehicle you will get to meet Mary, but I highly recommend Elijah Fitzgerald in sales. It’s clear the culture at Subaru is one of care for individuals, and that care doesn’t end when you drive away.
