Audrey is a horrible customer service adviser. Called about issue with Outback. Either unable or unwilling to suggest probable cause and resolution. Only thing Audrey had to offer was to bring it in. Called another Subaru dealership. Spoke to a knowledgeable customer service advisor. Was able to offer me a solution in like 2 minutes. No thank you Audrey and Della Subaru. Going forward will take our business elsewhere.

Subaru should not be qualified to work on anything other than Subaru’s. They can sell you a car, other than subaru and perform sub-par, problem causing maintenance. Went in for an oil change, check engine light came on a week later. Leaking oil and now have to replace my car’s thermostat. Any worse and my engine would go. $22,000 for a new engine. $110 for an oil change. Go somewhere else, if you appreciate your vehicles. God Bless.Services: Auto maintenance

my car recently broke down so i brought it to della because it was under warranty with them. they took it in and ran some tests on it. all was well at first, but then it got to the point where they wouldn’t return my calls or give me any updates. they eventually had my car for a month and said it was ready. they gave the car back and it immediately broke down again. it was the same issue as before, they did nothing with my car for the month that they had it.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I recently found myself in a bit of a pickle. My older car started having some issues and was in need of quite a bit of maintenance. It wasn't the most cost effective to continue to keep fixing a car this old so I decided it was time for a new one. With the current state of the pandemic and supply chain issues getting a new car or an affordable used car isn't as easy as it has been in the past. I called several dealers and the only option was to order a new car and have it built. I wasn't sure if my present car could make it 2-3+ more months for a custom car to arrive so i was hoping for another option. My aunt suggested I call Kara at Della Subaru in Plattsburgh, I am glad I did! I was able to get in touch with her quickly. Kara was extremely helpful, responsive and understanding of my situation. This dealership was getting quite a few cars in within the next few weeks. She was very patient and thorough in explaining the options of what was coming, helped to answer all my questions and assisted me secure my choice with a down payment. Kara offered all the options, bells and whistles that were available but didn't pressure me into anything I didn't want. It was very easy to work with her over the phone, email and text since I am about 5 hours from her dealership. She kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the process. Picking up the car was a breeze. I was able to test drive it before I finalized the purchase. I was told before I came down that if for some reason I wasn't happy I could get a refund on my deposit and I wasn't tied to this car in any way. This gave me a great piece of mind. I worked with Jenn to do all the financials. She was also patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership, and working with Kara and Jenn. If you need a car and are willing to take a drive call and check their inventory.
