My Wife and I have been customers now for almost 4 years. I really can't say anything negative about the bank or the employees. They are always polite and courteous. I have had my checking account overdrawn by mistake 3 times in 4 years and they have always waved they overdraft fee. I highly recommend this Bank and any of their branches.

The bank may have a few flaws but there are established and they will be here for years to come. It is a community bank so that makes it unique in it's own way. Supporting local business has always been a thing of mine. They just need to work on the reliability of the banking app they released on Android. One minute it tells me my available balance is this then literally an hr later it's changed up on me to a different balance. The debit cards issued at the bank could be a better quality as well. The workers on the other hand do a great job at making you feel welcome they always remember your name and try to make you as satisfied as they can. Hope my review helped.

Rude lady ,teller (blondish blonde hair whatnot) some are hate where and what they do just can tell.. manners,behaviors, talk whatnot so yeah. Rest of the tellers seem friendly though

I waited on hold for 30 minutes then abruptly got disconnected. I called back and the same thing. Lengthy hold and a disconnect. There in person service is great, but over all they are lacking

Very unhappy with my last visit to this branch. I recently lost my debit card so I went to this branch to order a new one and I was told that a new card was ordered for me and I should expect it in 7-10 days. Well it's been over 2 weeks and still my new debit card still hasn't arrived so I decided to call a helpline that I found on the community bank website and I was informed that a new card was never actually ordered so now I have to go through the process all over again. If I they forgot to ask me to sign a paper or something they easily could've contacted me because they have my address on file. I will no longer be using this branch.
