Mr. Kaigle is an honest, straight shooter with probably more than 40 + years automotive experience, and a family tradition before him. Fair pricing, solid, dependable work. I have had several repairs done there. He once gave me the bad news that a used car I had wasn't worth repairing. Most shops would just do flimsey work to get it on the road for a week, and take the money. Highly recommended.

They do inspections for liberty mutual. The next nearest is Central Square. The service was quick, through, and they are so nice.

Haven't had any work done here but I do get gas and snacks. The station is convenient and it's easy to get out and go almost any direction because of the light right there. They do have full service pumps so if your not wanting to get out and pump your own gas or just want to experience what it was like in the 50's and 60's, whip in here and fill ER up. The store could be bigger but it has the essentials for a quick snack and a drink. Enjoy!

Amazing work, can't recommend them enough! I'm on a road trip around the country and I smashed up part of my exhaust system pretty bad on a comically oversized speedbump, making it sound like I had one of those coffee can mufflers and also leaking carbon monoxide into the cabin. I called around a bunch of places and each one told me they could maybe look at it in about a week (Burlington's great but I'm not trying to stay anywhere that long on this trip). One of them said I might have better luck talking to Kaigle's. I called them and they told me to bring it in the next morning. I brought it in and a couple hours later they called and gave me a cost and time estimate. The cost was on the low end of what I'd heard and they said they could have it done later the same day. I then got a call shortly thereafter saying it would cost LESS than expected! A couple hours after that, it was ready to go - about 5 hours after I dropped it off! Great work, great service.

A hearty thank you to the manager who helped me out today. We were in town for a short visit and I needed someone to look at a problem with my car. Thanks so much for helping me out! We'll be back.

We brought our car there very short notice to replace a brake light that was out, they were extremely busy but helped us anyway. We were in and out in minutes. Very good prices and they made us feel at ease. Highly recommend.

I live so close to this gas station but I've been plagued with the credit card readers not working and even the card reader inside taking forever due to their slow connection. Besides it's not even the lowest gas rate and there are a couple of decent gas stations just down Shelbourne. I steer my friends away from here even though it's right by the corner :-( I went in for a state inspection last year and was told to come back later as they didn't have any stickers. I did give them one last chance to replace my side mirror and I waited for their call to tell me the part was in. But when I went in to check the next day they told me that I didn't call or come by the previous day; so they returned the part. I got it done elsewhere. Guess they have more important customers that my business wasn't a priority to them.

Mind you, this is based on one experience, but it was a great one. I took my car there because it was making some god-awful rattling noise. They called me shortly after I dropped the car off and told me it was fixed. The cost was $10. Turns out it was a very minor repair and they charged me a very minor amount. Unfortunately, this is not the norm in the car repair business. A lot of places would have charged an hour labor. Kaigle's didn't charge a dime for labor. To me, this is a small gesture that goes a long way. Instead of jacking me for $75, they get a good review on Yelp and a return customer.

Kaigles is the best! We live in the neighborhood and whenever we have any problems, they have always helped us. Our family has a 2014 Honda Odyssey, 2000 Chrysler Voyager and our daughter's 1998 Honda Civic. Simply put, their honest! Never try to up charge you or create problems that don't exist. Tremendous knowledge and they are willing to share it and they don't take advantage of you. Anyone who has lived in the area and dealt with them will tell you the same. In front of Walgreen's across the street from Shaw's, it may look like just another gas station but it isn't; that's for sure. Repairs, tires, oil changes, certifications and they're HONEST! Oh, and I almost forgot to mention; they offer full service at the pump along with self service.

Ray Kaigles is the place to go. Tires put on right no vibrations, leaks, ect. General repairs done right and at a fair price. Uses quality parts. always a good experience.

They're a hidden gem, and I can't recommend Kaigle's enough. They do great work, they're fast, and they won't try push you into anything you don't need. My wife and I have trusted them with our cars for over 10 years. We found them after being told by the dealer that we needed some especially pricey (and suspicious) repairs. They have always been honest and steered us toward simpler (and less costly) solutions.

Best place that I have ever taken my car to. The staff is very nice (just make an appointment) and will take care of your automotive needs without trying to sell you any extraneous service.
