I can't believe I haven't given them a 5 star sooner because when I lived here i would do all my shopping here & always had great experiences. I came back into town for a few days and stopped by to get some food for my trip and noticed they had a cafe serving sammie's and smoothies and had to try one. They were all dedicated GF which was so amazing since I have celiac disease and it's really hard to find good freshly prepared food without risking cross contact & getting sick. I got the avocado toast sandwich and it was AMAZING! Also grabbed a matcha latte & pumpkin pie on my way out which both hit the spot. Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful! The co-op is definitely one of the only places around here that i miss on the daily basis :,) Definitely recommend stopping by!

Fresh food straight from the local farms. Delicious prepared foods! And they even have a smoothie bar. Love this little gem in the heart of Plattsburgh!

The worst place to shop in plattsburgh! Over priced and poor quality. Rotten Food, expired expiration dates, mice chewed packages. Don't shop there! Save your money!!! Thumbs down Not worth it!

Overpriced goods. Some of the packaged goods were expired. Good selection of bulk/package-free foods and coffee. No one once greeted me or asked if I needed anything. I also do not mind bagging my own groceries but the person who checked me out just took my payment and didn't say a word. I had to ask if I could take the recycled bags for myself, to which I got a reply of "yup." So, good for harder to find dry goods, but certainly not for staples and packed food. Expect to pay a lot for not very much.

Great store! Some hard to find brands and lots of local Adirondack-region foods, including meats from local farms. Amazing dairy selection, too.
