“From the moment I met Jackie at a bridal show about 2 years prior to our wedding, I knew that I wanted her to be a part of my wedding adventure! Our conversation felt personal, rather than just a business transaction. Jackie truly puts her heart into her work and does everything she can to make the process as easy as possible. Jackie was extremely patient with me as I was very indecisive in finding the perfect dress. She went as far as looking online at her designers website and sending me options based on what I thought I wanted, bringing up dresses from her other location, and even renting dresses from the designer just for me to try on—and decide I hated. She truly went above and beyond. I went to four other bridal shops and none of my experiences there compared to the kindness, compassion and patience I felt at Eternity Bridal. Jackie and her staff did an amazing job of helping me find (and alter) my dream dress! We also had a great experience renting our tuxes from them as well. Jackie ensured that each one fit perfectly and everyone had all that they needed for our big day. I can’t say enough great things about Eternity Bridal, Jackie and her staff.
