Bailey ford is the worst dealership I have ever done business with ever. They are the most u professional sales team you can ever imagine. I really enjoy my Mustang Mach E and will be getting any work done or service I need at Riley Ford and I suggest you do the same.

excellent service on a Ford f 150 that was not purchased at Bailey's. Darlene in service was professional and so helpful and understanding. Bailey's was able to correct and find problem. Thank you all for excellent service

i Am handicapped post stroke I wear a stiff leg brace I have been leasing cars from Bailey ford in Malone New York for more than 5 years sales person changed this year my last salesman was always so helpful and accommodating to my special needs the new guy was so anxious to get me in a car he offered one to that we could afford and get to us even with car shortages.which was great everything went good and smooth after the car came in...a month late which was ok with us, we drove off my hisnand driving. all fine . after we got in we discovered it was so small my leg brace didnt fit comfortably .. when asked dealer bailey ford for help and ideas maybe something else, they say well you sat in it and were fine! and you've had it 2 months!! trading up would cost lots of money and we would give you very little for your brand new car offered no help!!management and supervision would not return my call these people only want your money and care nothings about handicapped people take your business elsewhere for sure rude shouldn't sell expensive cars go elsewhere Rating -100

Very nice waiting area. Only thing Is I had to wait 3 hours. 1/2 more than I was supposed to. My only negative about the place is the waiting area should be a bit more closed in. This dealership is not very customer oriented even after you pay 20-30k on a new car from them. I've had multiple service visits and have the managers of the service to be very cold. This last time i Called they couldn't my car in for 3 week and then canceled my appointment and had to reschedule for another week past my original appointmeny. A month with no ac or heat... ya sure I can wait even longer. do they apologize...not really. Do they sound sorry no they sound frustrated that I'm upset they are moving my appointment and not someone else's. Do they offer some kind of discount or somethin. Not a chance how about a cancellation list.. um no. If that hadn't been my second bad experience with them in a row I might be more understandin,

UPDATE. I kid you not. I purchased this car in full, no financing, in my name. Today I received a phone call from a manager to wish me a happy birthday. It's not my BiRtHdAy. It's my deceased husbands birthday who passed a year and a half ago. Why they have his DOB on this purchase is beyond me and really f***** up my day. Please stop calling, emailing and texting for stupid s**** Its to the point I don't want the car from this dealership any more.

This is an awesome dealership-both location (Malone & Plattsburgh). I have purchased 3 vehicles and have all service done @ Baileys. Knowledgeable & professional staff---and friendly. No pressure of any kind in either sales or service. Reviews of this dealership posted prior to summer 2019 are for a different ownership and team...not Baileys! The staff goes out of their way to make sure their customers are aware of all options...Best dealership I have ever dealt with.
