excellent service on a Ford f 150 that was not purchased at Bailey's. Darlene in service was professional and so helpful and understanding. Bailey's was able to correct and find problem. Thank you all for excellent service

Very nice waiting area. Only thing Is I had to wait 3 hours. 1/2 more than I was supposed to. My only negative about the place is the waiting area should be a bit more closed in. Watching a movie and a car salesman came in to turn down the volume. Couldn’t hear movie:show. Shouldn’t have a tv if that the reason
