“I have recently needed to visit the beacon post office. On my 1st visit on Saturday 11/5/22 we had an excellent experience with the clerk who helped my wife complete a transaction for a passport. The clerk was patient, helpful and professional! Today, 11/8/22, I had to return for my passport appointment. Again... but with different employees, I was left amazed by the clerks professional and helpful demeanor. Gus called out another employee to help me with my appointment. “Always drove past it and never realized it was a full post office inside the mart. Very friendly staff, covers all services that a post office would cover, except passports.”
“I originally visited the Poughkeepsie store for an Amazon return. A kid wearing a literal clown wig told me that I had to rent a computer for $3 and print the label for 50 cents. I left with the package never making the return. Then I came down to Wappingers. The guy here went above and beyond to help me email the label and print it. He was sharp, helpful, and courteous.”
