The Women who answered the phone was very courteous and informative about my issue and enlightened me to the fact that it's possible to receive more than one delivery per day which is good for local residences.”

“I have recently needed to visit the beacon post office. On my 1st visit on Saturday 11/5/22 we had an excellent experience with the clerk who helped my wife complete a transaction for a passport. The clerk was patient, helpful and professional! Today, 11/8/22, I had to return for my passport appointment. Again... but with different employees, I was left amazed by the clerks professional and helpful demeanor. Gus called out another employee to help me with my appointment. The clerk who helped me was amazing, kind, Personable and thorough. Every service oriented agency should be taking lessons from these employees . Amazing experience, keep up the great work!”
