My daughter called me to tell me that she just paid $49 plus tip to clean the bugs off of her new car after a trip upstate. When she got into the car the windshield still had bugs on it then walked around the car and the car was still dirty. FORTY NINE DOLLARS for a bad car wash!

An okay exterior. They do not tell customers where to pay then accuse you of not paying when the cashier does not give you a ticker. Expensive too as other local washes do exterior only with self serve vaccum.

Asked for a Basic wash and didn’t realize till I looked at the receipt in the middle of the wash that they made a mistake and gave me a Super wash for $10 more. Cashier said he couldn’t change the receipt. Then charged 3% for credit card which was not clearly apparent at the register. Last of all, mats and plastic trim was not cleaned well.
Bottom line and $38 later, I won’t be back.

Terrible they charge 37 dollars for a carwash that shouldnt cost more than 10. The staff that is in charge of wipeing down the car is way too fast for the amount they charge barely any tire shine used it dries up in minutes access water marks through out the car rims filthy like it was never washed. Been here before and wasn’t happy but I decided to give them the benefit of doubt nope was wrong they charge more and still do a crappy job. Do not recommend and do not go here save yourself time and aggravation!

I redeemed one free wash but the confirmation number went away and couldn’t be found. When I showed the app, the man at the register clicked on the after service review with all 5 stars and then insisted he couldn’t find it. Eventually they charged me again. This is dishonest.

Worst customer service, worker had no manners and deeply disrespectful attitude towards a woman. Trashing me and my car in Spanish knowingly that I understand it because I am also obviously Spanish. Complained to the manager that was no helpful. I can not imagine what that guy does when other people don’t understand what He is saying to them. Only “clean” from the second row seats to the front, didn’t even touch the back (pictures of what they “clean” Very disappointed

On 11/16 i purchased a car was from this location
Machines left 4 scratches on my brand new car. I called and spoke to the front desk he asked my time i was there that he would have to look it up On the camera and that he would call me back. Its now 11/21 and they have made no contact with me at all not even a call back to explain or offer any assistance. Smh this neighborhood does not need this type of business behavior. We all work hard here for our money and deserve to be treated as so.

For so many years, I went to the car wash, and every now and again some of the employees that are supposed to dry and care for your vehicle come to work in a separate mood not remembering what their job entitlement is. never the less I canceled my membership because I had enough with some other guys not doing the job properly, so I brought it up to the manager in charge he heard me for a little bit but it seems that what I was concerned about it wasn't his concern. Anyway, the person who was taking care of my vehicle did a very poor job and the manager took his side. He made it seem like my complain was not valid to go any further to avoid any more issues like this. How much of the night go here anymore good luck when it rains.
