Iv'e lived in Old Bethpage for over 30 years never knew about this treasure of a shoe store. Michael is very nice and easy to do business with. Great selection of the shoes I like to buy and will be back for more :)

Went to several stores to find a pair of pretty shoes for my daughter who has a wide foot. No luck until I found this great store! They had a good selection of youthful shoes for my teenager and she was beyond happy. They were so kind and sweet to us! Thank you! We will be back for sure. I found my new shoe store!

Love this store! I have the worst feet in the world, wide, bunions, hammertoes, bone spurs and more. Michael always manages to steer me to the perfect shoe for my troubled feet. Go, your feet will thank you!

I desperately shopped for a pair of comfortable shoes for my daughters wedding. Selection was very limited! When I tried to return the shoes the store refused togive me a credit, even though they were Brand New, BEVER WORN. The owner refused to work with me at all. I will never go back there. BEWARE!

I'm sorry but from outside it looks like a "Payless" store and it was a few months ago that a woman also from Plainview was selling fake merchandise, she had label makers from high end brands. I always play safe and spend my money at Saks!!!! That's just me!!

Michael is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. What a difference it makes in fit when someone knows what they're doing! Michael adjusted my dressy shoes forna wedding and casual boots to fit; I would've put an insert in the heel (wrong place).

I hate my feet, and until I discovered Valentino's I hated buying shoes. The staff is very patient, and were able to suggest styles that were comfortable. They have a huge selection of brands and sizes. I bought 5 pairs of shoes here in the last year, and although they are pricey, I will buy my next pair here also. You get what you pay for, and it is worth it to pay for the service you receive in this store.

Was recommended to go here by my foot orthopedist today 11/12/21 after seeing him today and mentioning to him that I've been trying to find shoes for a wedding I need either navy or silver. I have a small foot and been to many stores already Nobody seems to carry my size I've even been told no one is that size anymore What does that even mean ? And how is that even possible if I am that size and I am very much alive So I went here tonight Sighs in the windy weather say they start at size 4 and go to 16 And all widths So I'm a five, which means they should have my size but nope they did not When I asked why they said we dont make the shoes And not many are that size I said well you don't buy them either You should stock something in every size It's on your window So it should say the sizes you actually have False advertising She basically told me don't buy from me then She said I don't want to sell to you I said I can't as you don't have my size Then a man came out from the back Also nasty I then left the store and will never step a foot or should I say my size 5 feet in there ever again They are not nice They don't have stock
