This location is amazing ! I had to send something overnight and had spoken to Maria over the phone who was extremely helpful. When I got there , not only did she provide amazing service, but I also received the same level of great service from Daniel and Allen. I highly recommend this location for your shipping needs.

I was at the store yesterday to send a package to my son. The staff was great and very helpful. Somewhere between leaving the store to my car, I must have dropped my credit card. I went to a store nearby and realized it was missing. I went back to UPS and the owner/manager? helped me search the parking lot to see if we could find it. Thank you, you can't get better service than that!!!

Service is efficient — most importantly , the folks who work there are always pleasant and helpful. I don’t know her name, but she has brown hair, middle age—always smiling and greets the customers. Best place on Plainview!
