I've regularly interacted with Jackson and Tom, and they are both such good guys. They'll never oversell you, they'll explain everything that you need to know, and answer questions all day. They love riding, love bikes and want to help everyone who comes into the store get the best experience. And they will remember your name the second time you enter the store.

My bought my very Trek Bike back in 2009 when I was active duty in the Air Force in Korea. It was a Trek 390 and I loved that bike. But with so many moves around the world to Mother Nature, my bike became unserviceable. I decided to upgrade my bike and purchased one online. I purchased Trek Marlin 5 Gen 2. They delivered to Plainview. When I was picking my bike up, the gentlemen that were working made me feel at home and apart of the Trek Family. It was a very hot day and they offered me a cold drink and to hang out in the cool lounge while I waited. The helped me pick out new accessories and gave me amazing suggestions on other products. They shared stories about the Trek Brand and told me all the journeys they have been apart of with the community. The gentlemen there left a lasting impression and I truly grateful for everything. I am looking forward making new memories with my family with this bike. Thank you again.

It was such pleasant experience buying from here. John guided through the inventory and showed us all the options, and we had a test ride - it was great! He also carefully delivered the bike to our home, so nice of him! Will definitely recommend here.

Hands down best experience here. Came into the store and Jackson helped us. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about bike riding. He answered all my questions and was not pushy. Wasn't even mad that spending time with me that I didn't even purchase a bike. Some people usually get all huffy but he did not. I thought about the bike some more and I returned to purchase it. The bike I got is the FX 2 Disc Stagger Viper Red. It had to be ordered since they did not have any in stock in the store. They have this promotion going on that if you test ride any of their electric bikes you get a scratch off which, everyone is a winner. I received $20 off. This goes up until August. When my bike came in Tom assembled it and I was called to pick it up. When Tom put together a pamphlet of biking trails and service tune up. Went over everything and said any questions to contact him. I tested it in the store and Jackson once again answered all my questions and went over all the gear shifts. When picking up my bike I met John. John was great! He too is another passionate guy about bike riding. He was super nice and helpful. What I love about this place and these people are they are not pushy and try to upsell you with all their things. John simply asked are you looking for any accessories? My bike unfortunately did not come with a kick stand so I did purchase one along with a rear bike rack and they were happy to put it on my bike. I also got a water bottle and helmet. John is all for safety. He patiently went over all the helmets and the differences between them. I am not someone who really wears a helmet but I guess it can't hurt and told him I would wear one. The trek team over in Plainview is great one. All super knowledgeable and patient. This was such a great experience and I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone. Thanks Jackson, John and Tom!

After a long layoff i took up the sport again. I purchased a bike from them a few weeks ago. There aren’t any condescending attitudes like i have experienced at other shops. Excellent service from Jackson and Tom is a top notch mechanic. Great bike shop!!
