Love this supermarket! Has everything, if not ask it's somewhere in the store. Staff is helpful and courteous even the lady at the self check out goes out of her way. Good quality, good pricing and excellent weekly sales. A must try.

Today I went food shopping at ShopRite at the Woodbury store. I, unfortunately, needed to use the rest room. I made double sure that the door was looked. As I was about to sit on the toilet bowl, some rude man literally banged the door open. I was completely mortified. I went to the service desk and told the ladies what had happened. Please do something with the door knob lock. It is useless. I am still very upset. Dora Fesel

This review is specific to the bakery department. I’ve ordered custom birthday cakes for 5 of my son’s birthday parties. I order the cakes at least a week in advance and provide a printed picture, which they have always been able to replicate. While the past 2 times there were mixups/delays on their end regarding pickup date/time, they were able to make the custom cakes within 20-30 minutes. All of the cakes I’ve ordered were buttercream frosting, vanilla cake, with chocolate pudding filling and our guests always comment on how good the cake tastes.
A large custom cake costs around $23-28, which is 80% cheaper than the other bakeries in the area.

This particular location is VERY good. I do like it and will certainly be back. Great area, very clean store, and well stocked but, there are some very RUDE employees who work here and shouldn't if they DON'T comprehend the meaning of good customer service (especially as representatives of the store) if they don't know anything AND have issues with dealing with the public this place is definitely NOT a good fit for such individuals!

I love shop Rite in Plainview Long Island!! ShopRite in general has better foods and Stop & ShopMy most favorite item is there biscuits that is Pillsbury style

I have been shopping at ShopRite of Plainview for many years and have always been very pleased with customer service. However, there is one store employee, Rose Marie, who always goes above and beyond to help me. Rose Marie has always been courteous, kind and helpful. Rose Marie is friendly and always enhances my shopping experience. Rose Marie is a great asset to ShopRite Plainview.
