I began to use this dry cleaner after being referred. They allow for a reduced rate if you pay in advance. I thought this was a good thing but I've now discovered it's not so good! If they damage or lose anything they have your money upfront and all the leverage. My first issue occurred a few months back. I noticed my suit (and this was while on the road for business) had bubbles along the front shoulders and chest. Clearly something had happened as this was never an issue at my previous cleaner. I brought it back to them and they blamed the suit and the material!!! Hello it's a suit and quite an expensive one at that!! It was their fault. I appeared as if they used something that was too hot and caused the fabrics to bubble. They did take it back and re pressed the suit but it's never been the same. Then I took in about 8 shirts. I pulled one out and noticed it was creased and wrinkled. I pulled another out and the very same creases and wrinkles appeared! I took all the shirts back and the owner actually told me straight in the eye they weren't wrinkled!!! Seriously? He then tried to make me feel like I had no idea what I was looking at abt I didn't budge. He took the shirts back and re pressed them. But now after being treated like dirt I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!

I bought a coat into Ruby's Cleaners in Plainview. They damaged the entire coat. The coat has bubbles all over it and is not usable They said it was not there fault because if they damage clothes they are cleaning they are not responsible for any damage to the clothes . They will not tell you if the material will become damaged and too bad if it does....No one should bring any clothes to this cleaners unless you do not care about what you are giving them....The coat in question i have had cleaned at other cleaners several times before and it always came out fine.....this cleaners will damage your clothing and I highly suggest no one use them .....
