I stopped by this Family pharmacy in Plainview today. I met a young man who was quite good at knowing where things were located as i watched him stocking the shelves with various items. I also met a lovely woman ( see business card pix) Voula and had a brief chat. I purchased some toys for gifts and even a box of Oreos. There were some nice stirring silver charms stored an on display in the back. She noted that she is getting even more of a variety of choice items in soon. As I don't use their pharmacy, I can't comment further on that area. Seems to me to be a good place to shop for upcoming holiday gifts.

Although I have not used their pharmacy for prescriptions because I live 25 minutes away I was next door at Quest Labs to have a blood draw this morning and forgot my paper script at home. In a pinch, I walked into the pharmacy next door and was met by Fred who gladly let me email him my script and he printed it right there for me! He was a lifesaver! As I would have had to reschedule this important blood draw. Thank you Fred!!

One word Ripoff, they charged extra and more than co-pay, even if Insurance pays 100%, confrimed from Cigna insurance. Pls make sure you check what you are supposed to pay from your insurace company and their website and report to insuance company for over billing.

Just went in today. No mask on kid at counter, it was hanging from his ear. No mask at all on woman working on books next to him. Women making Rx.'s put the mask on when I walked up to the counter. What a mess. There should be a sign outside, ENTER at YOUR OWN RISK.

Good Pharmacy and good for generic household items but make sure you check your prescription before leaving. Once I got someone else's and one of the boys who works there came running after me (I had walked there and was ~3 blocks away), and another time they filled the wrong type of birth control (checked the brands and it wasn't just a generic version of mine, it was a totally different makeup). They do their best but need to work on paying closer attention.
