Rouge place, they promised to do the inspection for me in 3 hours, I wait for 3 hours but they didn’t even touch my car. Waste of my time. And I saw if you are white customers , your inspection really is way quicker, highly recommend white customers to do inspections here, and this place is absolutely not welcoming Asian people like me.

pay attention, this shop is very terrible. I got my car scratched and dented during a service and the owner never acknowledged the fault. I showed him the car images prior to the service that day and he still shamelessly denied the claim. I would never go to that shop again. such a shameful owner!

I've been taking my car to Plainview Auto for almost 15 years and they've always been honest about the work needed to be done, give a fair price, and complete the job quickly.
I had my oil changed the other day and because of the miles on the car they also gave it a thorough examination.

An honest Auto shop!!As a woman walking into an Auto Care shop, i always wonder if i'll be given honest repair information...but with Jason (the owner), you NEVER have to worry about that concern. He has given me honest guidance when i do & DON'T need service.That honesty is "PRICELESS"...You can definitely trust him with your car!!Services: Tires

The attitude of these people is ridiculous. They are extremely rude for no reason and act like they’re doing you a favor just by talking to you.They were actually a good shop until the shop across the street shut down. Now that they have a monopoly they couldn’t care any less about their customers. Would not recommend unless you want rude people to overcharge you for basic services.
