It's a regular wine and liquor store in a shopping center parking lot. It's larger than most. The customer serviice stinks and based on their attitude I stopped going there. There's enough bad manners in New York without me paying for it.
So, Mid Island Wines, (by the Chinese Supermarket) just 1 mile further south is where I go because they are 1) Two workers are trained in wines...might be sommeliers, 2) Very friendly, funny and light. 3) Will do practically anything for you. 4) It's a friendly neighborhood store. Pavillion Wines... I just stopped going there because they were unfriendly and borderline - rude. They don't seem to like their own customers.

The music is awesome, I like it there. They don't talk much but it's a nice place. Mid Island Wines is my favorite spot. They have greater hospitality at mid island wines. Regardless, I still give Pavillion 4 stars, they lose one star for having zero personality.

Very clean, great selection of bourbons, among other things. And they hold the Gin (Empress 1908 (it's blue yet turns a lavender hue upon being mixed with "bubbles")) wifey likes.

I love shopping for my liqour and wines here at Pavilion. They have a great selection to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well! Overall, this is my place to go for liquor shopping and I recommend it to everyone ?

This place constantly overcharges it's customers and trys to get away with it. Horrible customer service, over priced and not a lagre selection. So many better places to go in the neighborhood. Don't waste your time.

Excellent service and selection of wine and spirits. A neatly organized store with reasonable prices. If you visit, make sure that you connect with Harry. He is knowledgeable, professional and makes fantastic recommendations. Worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood. Cheers!
