I was terrified to get my blood work done at my PCP since the nurse practitioner was having trouble finding a vein to draw blood. I opted to walk in at this Northwell lab in Plainview. I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. It all starts with meeting with wonderful people!

I frequent this Urgent Care since our primary doctors offices never seem to have availability when we're under the weather. This place is modern, clean and the staff is very sweet. Claudia who works in the back lab is so amazing and kind. I'm honestly not sure how anyone could rate this facility lower than 5 stars.

Had an issue with blood work because my doctors office did not send a script, was here for 1 and 30 mins. Once that was situated, Claudia was able to get me out the door in 5 mins. Claudia is so sweet!

Claudia the phlebotomist is wonderful. I have been going to get my labs done since 2021 and every time Claudia knows me by name, greets me with an warm smile asks me how I am feeling. She is very caring; she even makes sure to alternate between arms not to cause injury because I have to get labs done so much. She is amazing.

Went in for a Covid Test, took 5-10 Minutes, came out with a $585 Bill!!! They billed my insurance this full amount, when their website has a fee of $120. I have a deductible with my insurance therefore they are billing me for full rates close to 5x an out of pocket rate! After multiple phone calls, nobody from customer service helped resolve the bill. My bill was then sent to collections after repeated phone calls to get corrected. Insanity, no blood tests, no out-side labs, why is this company charging insane prices for a 5 minute visit!Avoid Go Health at all costs if you plan to go through insurance!!!

Claudia was an amazing for my grandmother. She was able to take my grandmothers blood on the first try. Many have tried and was not able to get it on the first try. She was patience and amazing to get my grandmother to relax as she takes her blood. I would continue to come just for Claudia can take my grandmothers blood. She deserves a raise or promotion for being such a wonder employee.

The phlebotomist Claudia was phenomenal! I came there for blood work and she was so sweet to me and such a great help, she stuck me so flawlessly I didn’t even feel it ! I will always come back to ask for her specifically every time!

Rude staff. Actually rude is too nice a term. I just went to get pre-surgical covid clearance. Receptionist said "Sign in iver there"-- I wrote my name on a new sheet, not noticing that there was still one line left on the previous. Nurse said "Not there!" Same nurse took me to the exam room, said "Sit there. Leave your mask on. Take your mask down but leave it over your mouth. " I'd say her tone was nasty, but it was worse. When she finished, I said thank you. Her response, and I quote: "mmhmm." There are dozens of urgent care clinics. This one gets an F.

First things first I have to say about this place, the people who work there definitely have an attitude. I went in yesterday to get a Covid test because Im currently feeling symptoms so I figured I go to this urgentcare. I'm glad I chose to leave because I had signed into the stupid iPad thing when you walk in. As I'm filling out all the info that got sent to my phone, none of the information I plugged in was going through, the page kept saying "server cannot connect" and I decided to refresh the page but it wasn't working. The woman at the front desk looks at me with an attitude and asks "you done?" I told her that the page wasn't taking my info and her response was "check your wifi". I wanted to go up and ask her if I could just give my info right there at the front but it would've been a big deal. So I decided to leave. I'm not going to spend forever just to plug in all my info just to check in. I don't feel well and they clearly show that they don't care. I suggest going to any of the CityMDs because this place sucks, they're nasty and they rush you out. This place isn't worth it at all!

Will change insurance for a $600 "office visit" just for a covid test. Better going to another facility that only charges for the covid test, not a fake "office visit" where they just stick a swap up your nose!

Went in for Covid test as I was expressing cold like symptoms. Staff was very friendly and professional. As a walk in I had to only wait about 30 minutes to see someone. I was told "someone will call you about the results in an hour so pick up the phone. You can come in for results". After 2 hours l attempted 2x to contact a human being at the office. 1st their text system said "Thank you! A member of our team will contact you as soon as possible." Which I guess is honest as "possible" can imply never. 2nd called and was sent through a maze of never ending phone prompt with a human never contacted.3rd the link sent to me so I could access my results online timed out (dead end).So overall the visit was great, it's the caring follow up which is lacking. But in the post Covid, with lack of employees in most establishments causing increased wait times and decreased quality customer service is to be expected. Just venting.

Hi .. just a follow up of my earlier review... the person who said they would reach out ... well I sent an email but have not heard back ....Again if u need urgent care I urge u to find another facility
