The associate Diana was very helpful. She answered all our questions and advised us of things we didn’t know about the mattress. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to family and friends. This was the second mattress I bought in a month. It was a Beauty Rest Pressure Smart 2.0 mattress. An excellent mattress.

Over at the mattress firm in Plainview, NY, the staff there was fantastic in assisting in the selection of the proper mattress for my son who was relocating to NYC. Simon, the store manager, was extremely knowledgeable and patient during this productive process and far from pushy, making this process actually an extremely pleasurable one!Thank you and my son loves his new mattress that actually came in a box!

Excellent customer service by Diana. Professional and knowledgeable. What I’m not pleased w/is the size of the mattress. A full is 54x75” but I received a 52” width. The ticket on bed says 53” but it’s sm’er. Not great for a platform bed.

Diana helped us choose a new mattress and she was very knowledgeable and sweet. We loved working with her! We won’t know about the mattress until we get it delivered but she was very good!

I purchased a mattress last year from another furniture store that I later regretted, so I decided to give Mattress Firm a try. Diana and Rob at the Plainview store were very helpful and answered all my questions with no pushiness. They just made everything easy. And the delivery team (Ramone, Jose, and Antonio) were personable, on time, quick and efficient. The only regret I have is not going to Mattress Firm in the first place!

This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had purchasing mattresses. I will be back as my home renovation moves along to get the rest of our mattresses here for sure!!
