The associate Diana was very helpful. She answered all our questions and advised us of things we didn’t know about the mattress. I would definitely recommend Mattress Firm to family and friends. This was the second mattress I bought in a month. It was a Beauty Rest Pressure Smart 2.0 mattress. An excellent mattress.

Excellent customer service by Diana. Professional and knowledgeable. What I’m not pleased w/is the size of the mattress. A full is 54x75” but I received a 52” width. The ticket on bed says 53” but it’s sm’er. Not great for a platform bed.

Diana helped us choose a new mattress and she was very knowledgeable and sweet. We loved working with her! We won’t know about the mattress until we get it delivered but she was very good!
