Clean room and hotel. The bed was the worst part…. So uncomfortable! I felt like I was sleeping on the floor! I honestly thought a Hilton hotel would have comfortable beds but this one most definitely did not!

Fourth time staying here this past weekend since moving off the Island in 2020. Consistently a quality hotel. Clean rooms, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and located in an area that makes it easy to get on the expressway and get to where you are going east or west. I like using the digital key when staying at hiltons but this time it wouldn’t work for me, even with three trips to desk to remedy. Certainly not the end of the world as the card key works fine. Next trip to the Island will bring me back to this hotel.

This was the first time as a reward member that I checked in early but still needed to go to the front desk. They actually called my room to see me. Then this hotel didn't have continental breakfast. They actually charged 20 dollars a person, but the hotel across offered it. People at the front are not really friendly. Then they messed up on the rooms so other people that attended the wedding had to stay at the other hotel.

During an emergency, 1 am Dec 29 having driven from Virginia State to NY the reservation was misplaced, and fumigation of their hotel room was unbareable. My family had to leave cold and tired for safety drive to exit 39 LIE expressway found Hilton Garden Inn, and was able to rest in comfort.Mrs. Alma Opal Flowers ?

By far my favorite Hotel on Long Island! Always super clean, fresh and delightful staff. Surprised to see some of the negative reviews until I looked at the people’s profiles who left said reviews smh. Some people just complain about anything these days. Sad. Rest assured this will be an amazing stay for anyone looking to relax and unwindRooms: Clean, spaciousFood & drinks: Pricey but quality

Wanted to let everyone know that at #christmas, Hilton Garden Inn Melville’s GM would rather have had a customer with Covid come to their hotel and roomthan provide a refund. GM refused to engage @HiltonHotels. #Christmas was not as hoped.

We stayed here for my little brother's wedding. They got married at a different place but used this as the hotel for everyone to stay at. Right from walking into the hotel I knew it was going to be a good stay. We were greeted with hot, tasty apple cider. We checked in and even though I had activated the digital key we received a physical one. I recommend getting one regardless because I had constant issues with the digital key. The room was incredibly clean and the beds were nice. Though I wish there had been pen and paper. Our kids adored the pool, they spent hours in it and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Also want to say thank you to the front desk for always being so kind. The fitness center is fantastic. Clean with plenty of options and hot water for my tea.

UNSAFE!! The worst!! Fire Alarms blasting at 2:30 a.m. everyone emptied onto the street in front of the hotel terrified! Not one employee announced what was going on. No Fire Department. No Police Department showed up. There were 4 different wedding parties staying at this hotel. Brides running out with their dresses in arms. Small babies and toddlers in the cold night. We waited 1 hour before we could return to our rooms. ONLY ONE OVERNIGHT EMPLOYEE TASKED WITH OVERSEEING HUNDREDS OF GUESTS!The management was unapologetic and offered nothing to the guests the next day.Apparently, some genius hung his clothes on the sprinkler in his room. It flooded the room and hallways. Makes you wonder about people today and the total lack of respect they have for others. Poorly run and managed! Pass!

Great value for money. Front Desk staff were always friendly and available to assist. Even with unruly and rude clientele they maintained their composure. Will definitely be back and will try the others across the country as I travel for work.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn Melville! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the addition of a body pillow for extra coziness. The breakfast exceeded my expectations with a variety of options, including an egg/omelet station, fresh fruit, and delicious baked goods. The hotel's courtyard area is a charming spot to unwind, and I was pleased to discover they host wedding receptions—an excellent choice for a memorable stay. I would easily rate it 5 stars!

We used this as our hotel for our guests to stay at our wedding and could not be happier. Rosemarie was one of the most helpful people we ever worked with she was quick and accommodating with all the requests we needed. We would 100% recommend using this hotel for your wedding. Just be sure to do everything early because it fills up fast there were multiple other weddings who used this hotel as well.
