This hotel has a nice appearance and cute outdoor area. But why are hotels made so cheaply now? These walls are paper thin. I can literally hear every word being said by the people into room next door. It is very disrespectful to your guests to build something so cheaply, without caring about the actual comfort and privacy of your guests.

Room is nice. Swimming pool is at moderate size and water is warm, hot tube has to be reseted every 5 minutes because that is the only working timer button. Coffee machine doesn't work properly, I chose "french vanilla" and got a cup of hot chocolate. Snacks and soft drinks are expensive；a 2.3 oz of bottle Pringle potato chip is $5 and a 1.83 oz of Rxbar protein bar is $5. Breakfast buffet is $18.5 but food is average.

Rooms: Mercedes and Jamil and the front desk were great with the service. Looks beautiful, but underlying issues. We had to move due to structural issues. The room was taken offline for repairs immediately.

Overall, very nice hotel. Rooms are ok, maybe some details to be improved, but no big complaints about it. The breakfast is decent.

Free coffee every morning, and yummy cookies at 5pm. Clean & comfortable rooms. Plenty of parking, restaurants nearby freeway entrance super close. Very convenient location.

Rooms: My room did not have heat. When I called the front desk, they sent up a maintenance engineer. He told me they haven’t turned the heat on yet. I have two issues with this answer. First of all, there’s heat in the hallway. Where did that heat come from? Second it’s October and it’s 38 degrees outside. Why don’t you have the heat on? I stay in this area all the time for work. I’ll stay in a more customer centric hotel from now on. You are sad.
In response to your request for specifics, your hotel has two wings. The heat was on in one, and not the other. This is evident by the 80 degree air coming out of the supply register 200 feet away from my room. However the supply register 20 feet away, as well as the one in my room, were blowing 60 degree air. As for your employees, they simply gaslighted me and told there is no heat, so moving my room to the other side wouldn’t make a difference. Obviously not true since it is much warmer on that side. She just didn’t want to be bothered. Her name is Andrea. There’s your specifics.

Stay here! Super clean comfy recently renovated rooms with brand new carpeting. Sheets and blankets were very soft and spotless. All of the staff from check in to bar to housekeeping were super nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to give us a great 4 night stay.
The hotel was quiet even though it was fully booked for a wedding our entire stay.
Don't stay at the other Hilton around the corner. You'll regret it. Stay here!!!!!
Rooms: Renovated within the last year with new carpeting from about a month ago. queen beds were super clean and the sheets and pillows were very soft. The new open closet section was a really nice touch.
Safety: Very quiet with attentive staff there 24/7

Room was nice! We had everything we needed. Unfortunately, their card maker was broken for multiple days and for a 3 days stay we had to check in to the hotel every morning before 11 am to keep our reservation? We would still have to ask for someone to let us in our room and none of our keys worked. It didn’t make much sense, and it as very inconvenient for our weekend.

Well managed property near most major arteries. Large rooms that are clean and well maintained. Enthusiastic and eager staff. What's not to like? Maybe the price of the breakfast buffet; otherwise, this is a pretty flawless place
Rooms: Lots of space, updated baths, and plenty of connectivity. Comfortable and quiet.
