Been a customer since 2009 with no issues, until now. Went to wear a shirt that had been laundered by them and immediately noticed what appeared to be a rust stain. Took the shirt back, along with everything else that we needed cleaned, showed him the stain and explained the situation and asked if he could re-wash that one shirt. He refused and immediately started attacking my wife claiming there was no way he could have caused the stain. Regardless of who's at fault, one would think a principled business owner would have gladly offered to re-wash the shirt. So now over whooping $3.15, he's lost a lifelong customer. Very silly.
