we recently redesigned our laundry room & had the pleasure of working with our designer Lindsay. Her knowledge and expertise made it a stress free experience .
She knew what our vision was and created a very functional laundry room.
Custom cabinets that are beautiful and are of exceptional quality.
I had been dreaming about this laundry room for a very very long time and Lindsay made my dreams come true !

Jessica at Coastal Cabinets was a godsend in my recent kitchen remodel. She walked me through the whole process and anticipated things in the design that I would not have even thought of. I was very happy with my experience with Coastal Cabinet Works from beginning to end. My designer, Tim Schweitzer, was a pleasure to work with and was incredibly responsive and helpful, even when he was away on vacation! Our kitchen turned out beautiful and within our budget. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal customer service from Gordon Blau. He helped us plan our kitchen project, and patiently revised it until it was exactly what we wanted. Prices were reasonable, and the cabinets look great!

i was very satisfied with Coastal Cabinets. Gordon gave me a design that kept the same layout but made the kitchen more efficient. everyone in the office was nice and helpful. Gordon was always there if i had any questions. i love my cabinets. i recommend them

Working with the Coastal Cabinet Works team was a great experience. The design plan in a small space is dependent upon ideal usage of every inch. While our footprint remained the same, the functionality has been vastly improved. The cabinets are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Coastal Cabinet WorksWell from start to finish the customer service and professionalism I received from Coastal Cabinet works was hands down unbeatable.The prices are very reasonable for custom cabinets...but not cheap...if you want cheap cabinets that won’t last then look somewhere else. These cabinets are solid and built to last!The quality and the craftsmanship was very impressive. Designer Jessica was amazing and I was extremely happy with the cabinets and my overall project came out amazing thanks to beautiful custom cabinets :)Thank you Coastal Cabinet Works!!!

Extremely painful experience with this company. To summarize: - Delays, Delays, Delays, - Poor customer service. Sales reps don't get back to you. -Estimates for deliveries are way off. I ordered 1 extra cabinet in early December scheduled for delivery 1st week of January. It's now Feb 2 and I still don't have it and this is holding up my project -They've been in business for 30 years but the customer service provided surely does not reflect that. I will not be purchasing the rest of my cabinets from them. My GC tells me that his other customers aren't dealing with the same delays that I'm experiencing.

Rose Fulgieri 71 Northgate Cir., MelvilleI don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I feel the need to do so. When my husband and I relocated, we quickly realized we needed a brand new kitchen. I like to entertain and my old kitchen did not accommodate large platter and chafing dishes. I used to store them in the basement. The professional team at Coastal was able to utilize every inch of space available so that now all is easily accessible with room to spare. The entire staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Leave it to them as they have such great ideas. I know this is an old cliché but I really do have my "Dream" kitchen. Working in it just makes me smile. Thank you

I have no feedback on their cabinets. But if you are looking for countertops, look elsewhere.Coastal Cabinet Works is one of three premier dealers for Cambria Countertops. I approached them about installing Cambria countertops in my remodeled kitchen. Richie Ruth was happy to quote a price and stop by so I could sign a contract. The installers were to call in a week's time to set up an appointment for computer measurement followed by 12-15 days of fabrication time between measurement and installation.It's three weeks since CCW processed my $4,500 deposit. After the first week, I called Richie and he said that the installers from "Tuscany" would be reaching out soon. After the second week, I called and left a message. That brings us to week three. I have yet to get a response from Richie via phone or email. Richie does not pick up the phone when I call.I stopped by the office today to meet someone face-to-face, as to avoid a run-around. Richie was not in and the person present could not access Richie's files to give me any update. The representative tried to call Richie. No answer. The representative told me Tuscany granite should be reaching out about installation. So I got a face-to-face run-around...It was at this point that I confirmed that "the installers" work for a completely different company. Tuscany Marble & Granite in Deer Park, who are not listed on the Cambria site as a dealer for their products. Their customer reviews average two whole stars on google with users complaining of poor customer service, long waits to get work done, and poor workmanship.I have no feedback on their cabinets. But if you are looking for countertops, look elsewhere.
