I'm still waiting for my son's chair. It's sad that as clients we cannot communicate with them you have to go through the vendors. The clients are the ones suffering. My son has been in his bed over a year now. The whole process started last October, the manufacturer I was told received the order late May early June still nothing. I'm dealing with a time frame. ?
