Ever time I go in to the plainview branch there to get something notarized either they only have one person and us too busy or at lunch and ask me questions they don’t need answers too . I’ve been with boa since 1995 and no other branch gives such a problem.Very disappointed. Had to go to a different bank I don’t even belong too to notarize something with no problem..

I feel they do an excellent job of keeping my money safe. The security guard at the front was HUGE and felt he could fend of any intruders. Will return with more money to deposits

Very nice , friendly staff , went to this branch as my old regular branch said “no staff no help”(Hicksville branch) !!! But everyone here was so kind and helpful , specially the associate who helped me Meiyee Tam , she was so helpful and explained everything so well ! Thanks !

I didn't experience rude or nasty employees at this branch, but what's outrageous was 8 people waiting on line while 1 teller was working. To make matters worst, lobby space was small and Covid-19 was prevalent, so the desk rep just got up and told everyone waiting to go outside and wait in the hot sun. Which could have been prevented if there was at least 2 tellers available to keep up with the accruing line. Not a BOA branch that I would recommend unless it's your local branch.

There is no smile in this bank from Branch Manager to Teller, no one smiles. Terrible mannerism. Never experienced this kind of service in any banks. The Manager is just so rude and nasty!

The way the tellers talk to people at this establishment is degrading, absolute worst experience I've ever had with BOA. I left shaking because of how nasty the teller was I can not believe they let this women work in customer service.

The way they speak to their customers is very poor. I found that the manner in which they speak to their customers was very rude and condescending. Train your staff to either speak to customers politely or to not speak at all. One star, terrible experience.
