I can’t believe a pharmacy like this exists. Alto continues to not only provide quick and consistent service, they are reliable, kind and responsive. They have become my go-to for certain medications, always providing incredible discounts for drugs not covered under insurance. And I can’t forget the sweet notes and candy with my orders. Not good... we never allow it to be left, we live in an apartment building, and we are handicap, so we need the person to hand it to us...I have to get someone to check to see if it's outside our door... I hope so...normally it's good... but this was not a good one... otherwise we do really like alto.

This delivery person was fine,but it took too long to receive my meds after I already was supposed to receive, them. One excuse was a "miscommunication " & then the second time I was supposed to receive it again they had to reschedule it again because the driver's car over heated.
What was I going to. 6 days to receive

Alto goes above and beyond what you might expect. There was a problem with my prescription and Alto did all of the work to make it to right. I did not have to do anything, just wait for the delivery. The experience was smooth and stress-free. Customer service staff were helpful and really went out of their way to assist. I will use Alto from now on.

I love getting my meds delivered only draw back this there not leaving it on side door and isulin not suppose to leave it on door suppose to hand to me so alto I'm tired calling u and asking u to speck to your driver about bringing to my side door i don't live upstairs and the driver must be lazy to walk to side and ring my door bell and hand to me or my hubby is that to much ask for no right
