I’ve been a happy customer for the past 25 years for both flooring and furniture and highly recommend Victor Furniture and Flooring. Their staff members were patient, knowledgeable and helpful, and the selection of flooring and Smith Brothers furniture options is great!

Contacted this company about gaps in my floor as they did the original work in my new build. At first they said they would call back but never did. After two weeks called them again and was promised follow up but it never happened. The service department has no customer service skills and just keeps giving us the runaround.

Horrible all around experience. We built a home and unfortunately Victor flooring was the flooring contractor. Everything about the experience with them was horrible. Don’t stand behind their work, unresponsive, pass blame on the other trades, owner Igor is horrible to deal with and not a good customer-oriented business owner. Rude and only concerned about himself not customer satisfaction. Would never choose them for anything voluntarily.

Carpet installed by Victor Flooring in 5 rooms of our new ***** **** Condo 3 years ago are all bunched up to the point of causing trip points in some areas. After several calls and 2 visits to the store, our pleas to fix this situation remain ignored. Another carpet vendor who has seen this installation told us the carpets were never properly installed. They suggested that even restretching wouldn't be guaranteed for more than a year and we should consider replacement, which would be expensive. Of course, the builder's guarantee has long expired.

Absolutely horrible owner to deal with!! Had a recliner chair that we had a problem with and he just kept blowing us off and never took care of an issues. They had some beautiful furniture and the sales people were good but as soon as we had a problem everything changed. Never returned our calls after several attempts. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Victor furniture with that kind of customer NO service.

Victor Furniture and Flooring installed my floor in error in an apartment complex 50 miles away. Igor decided it would be an incredibly good idea to stop by my home to advise he was sorry and offered me not the exact flooring but "something close" and began waving it in front of me. When I told him I wasn't interested and would like him to put it away or I'd put it wear I thought it would look better he told me, "i don't give a F%^&&K where you get your flooring from!" Great customer service, most particularly when it was his company who made the error in the first place. I didn't let him or Victor flooring off the hook however, I demanded he ship, at his expense, my flooring across the country and install it for free!!! He agreed and then dodged calls from me, my husband, and our contractor for weeks as we waited for tracking details. Finally my husband went to Igor's office and waited hours to speak with him in person. The flooring did show up, they didn't charge us for it, nor did they charge us for the installation. Regardless of the final outcome - I got the floor I wanted and for FREE to boot, I wouldn't recommend Igor Baraniak nor Victor Furniture and Flooring to anyone for any reason. To treat your customers like that.....crazy!!!!! Run from this place, go anywhere else you can.

So my wife and I were extremely excited to build our first home. We were excited with every step of the build until the final reveal. We have tile that was not spaced and the grout lines were shabby and not done correctly. I contacted Gerber to fix this however they have not returned my call. The contractor that completed the tile was Victor Flooring- I would love for one of these companies to contact me to fix this. The cabinets from Cornerstone Kitchen have been contacted to discuss our cabinets they have dings and dents that the contractors damaged during installations, as well as the electrician cutting holes into the cabinets. I would like for someone to please contact me and they just are not calling back! We finished in June this is October I would like someone to take responsibility and contact me to fix what we paid good money for!

At first, we were very pleased with the service we received while we were picking out our flooring - laminate, carpet, tile. Then things started to fall apart: our flooring was "missing", then it took forever to "reorder". When the flooring finally came, two different kinds appeared with our name on it and Igor had to contact me to find out which was ours. The installers didn't bother to measure the heating vents ( the vents were right in the house) and 4 of them didn't fit; the thresholds were not correct and are loose. We called several times to have things corrected, but customer service has been poor. Very disappointed in the end.

I wish I had never given them any of our business after our last interaction. We were going to pick up two chairs and they were incredibly rude and condescending to my wife on the phone. Never again will we buy from them.

I am unsure why anyone would question the customer service of Victor Furniture, especially during this pandemic where the showroom may not even be open. Igor personally took the time to measure, and price out wood flooring to replace my existing carpet. The installers came promptly at 8:30am when Igor said they would. The installers were the nicest guys and very professional. I would highly recommend Victor Furniture to friends and family! Thanks guys!

Possibly the worst company in regards to customer service. Don't expect them to ever call back after installation, or properly honor warranties. Installers do shoddy work and when they are supposed to cover something under warranty they try and charge you. I got bounced around by Amanda and Igor. Stay away!!
