Dishonest people. Told me $120 price on the phone for changing the brakes and when I reached they told me $200 an hour. And they offered to use their parts n offered to give $150 rate. Total price was coming more than $650 plus taxes which is higher than OEM workshop price. Don’t recommend this place to anyone

I live in NH and am in Pittsford periodically to visit relatives. On at least 3 occasions, a "check engine" light has come on during my drives. I 'discovered' Sutherland on one of my visits and now go to them exclusively if my BMW needs repairs during my trips rather than taking it to a local dealership . They are very courteous, friendly, and professional, their work is prompt and first rate, and their prices are very fair. I would recommend them highly!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a great experience at this super well-run auto repair and used car dealership. They sold me an excellent used car for a very fair price. I've had it for almost two years now and haven't had a single problem. I would definitely buy from them again.

My inspection and oil change was completed within a couple of hours at the most after I dropped off my car in the early a.m. I was shocked when he said it was finished and it cost under 100$.
