Could not say enough good things about the guys at Sutherland Auto. Nearly a year ago I bought an Audi S3 from them, and I have not had a single issue with the car to date. So I live nearly 300 miles away in a different state, and I choose to purchase a car from these guys because they had the exact S3 I was looking for with all the options I wanted at a bellow market price. I gave them a call and they seemed like genuine guys, they were easy to work with despite the distance they answered any and all questions i had about the car. So I decided to put my faith in two guys I never met before, for what is a major purchase in my life, and I'm super glad I did.

Picked up a great car at a fair price in a long distance deal. Everything Marlon promised came true. He’s a delight to work with. Highly professional and that translates as enjoyable. Seamless. I traded in my cherished BMW and purchased an Audi. I consider it an upgrade, with all due respect to the BMW crowd. Of course, comparing old to nearly new would influence anyone’s opinion. The deal went through sight unseen until the hour it took to test drive and sign papers. While of course the vehicle makes the sale, the rest is up to the shop. Call’em.

They even put in an extra effort to get me the car quickly so I could make a trip that I was hoping to have the car for. I got a great car at a fair price.

I recently purchased a BMW Z4 thru Marlon. He made the buying experience easy and comfortable with no hidden costs. Dealing with a sales dealership 3 hours from our home could have been somewhat difficult but Marlon was available when I called and made the car available when I wanted to see it and later pick it up.I would recommend buying from Sutherland Auto; and in particular Marlon; in the future.

I was in the market for a Jeep for my son and found one right in the heart of beautiful Pittsford at Sutherland Auto Sales. Marlon was just fantastic to work with. He answered all my questions right away, no matter if they were open or closed. He was able to get all the paperwork finished in 1 day so that I could surprise my son with his dream Jeep. What a great feeling to see the smile on his face when Marlon passed him the keys. Thank you Sutherland Auto Sales for a memorable experience. Found a Audi A3 tdi with low mileage, couldn’t be happier. Marlon was very easy to deal with. New tires,brakes,battery, and oil change. These guys go over everything and the car is a pleasure to drive. If I’m in the market for another Audi or Volvo, I would definitely do business with again.

I have not made a purchase yet but I would not hesitate to purchase from this company. They answered all of my questions and were not "pushy" to make a sale. Their reviews are excellent which is one of my personal "top of the list" criteria when making a sight unseen long distance purchase. Great job guys, I will look forward to working with you once I have decided on the perfect vehicle!

We were so excited to find a Volvo with extremely low mileage at a very fair price. Marlon was awesome and took care of everything, making the buying process very smooth. The lot is filled with beautiful, quality cars at great prices and outstanding customer service. It was so worth the 2 hour drive!

Great company to purchase cars from, highly recommend working with Sutherland Auto. They hand pick cars from across the country, when buying a car here, you know you are buying something with real value. I have bought multiple cars from Marlon over the years and routinely take my cars to Brad and Wally for service.
