That being said, I can’t stand the fact they close at 10pm, and the fact the rent is pretty steep, even with a military discount.

“I am not usually someone to write reviews, but Jackie was extraordinary on many levels. She is the Manager at the Phillips Road location, and I have been a member at that location for several years. I spoke with her on August 27th (today), and she went out of her way on several items, such as looking into the best possible rates, making positive changes in what I was looking for, and easing my concern about rising costs. Overall, my experience with Extra Space has been fabulous-- the units are VERY clean, secure, and you can get in and out fast when needed. However, Jackie took things up a notch with her professionalism today. Extra Space is very lucky to have her.”

“The movers and packers for Corrigan were very professional, polite, clean and helpful with suggestions on where to place the furniture. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and even took the time to go through all of the boxes looking for a lamp shade part which after closer inspection, never existed. “This place is amazing. I have rented from different companies and non of them come close to how easy, convenient and affordable this one place is. Is super clean and bright. The owner Mike when I had a question answered the phone immediately. He was polite and very professional. I recommend this place to everyone and anyone who hates the hassle of renting a storage unit. When I was done clearing my storage space I called the number and Mike once again answered on the spot and took care of the rest. This was by far the easiest thing I’ve done all year. Cleanest ,safest, easiest and amazing customers service ( which is hard to find nowadays)experience. 5 stars all the way!!”
“I used Suburban Mini Storage and the experience was great. They worked with me to make sure I was renting the right size unit. The unit was clean and easy to access. There is security to get into the storage facility and cameras everywhere. I always felt safe. When my movers were moving my things in the owner of the facility was there and checked to make sure that everything was ok and going well. I will use them again if I need a storage unit.”

“I actually have two units here at Storage Solutions of Webster. This is one of the better storage facilities in the area. I've had to use a few, so I'm familiar with more than just one or two. This is a well kept area both inside and out. The staff is friendly and they're willing to work with you unlike some other places. They offer discounts on rent which is fantastic! There are indoor and outdoor units. 24 hours is a great advantage also. I really recommend this facility.”
“We rent a large temperature controlled storage unit in the Honeoye Falls facility. The building is always clean. The automatic lights that come on are great. The staff is always very pleasant, knowledgeable and upbeat. The price is fantastic, and worth being so close to our home. We like that we can have our payments on autopay as well.
The only two down sides are that there aren't lights in the individual units, which honestly makes sense. The other is that it is a gravel drive.
We have been very pleased with our service and our unit.”

“I had a unit here for about a year and a half. Very friendly staff and automatic electronic payments so I don't have to fuss around with writing and mailing a check. They also have the best rate around Rochester for a 10x20 unit. I inquired into about 20 different units around Monroe County and Empire Storage had probably the best rate with the nicest and newest facilities. The only minor thing about the units is some of them are in a building that has a dirt road instead of asphalt in front of them, which gets VERY muddy in the spring time. But otherwise, very highly recommended!”

Amazing service and all of my items were moved successfully, including a piano. I originally needed movers just for the piano but ended up needing to add a few other items, and this company was the only one out of several that I contacted without an additional charge for that. They were so accommodating on top of being efficient! Would absolutely utilize this company again.”
