“I absolutely love this post office! I recently moved to another area 15 minutes away, and after going to this other post office, I will gladly wait in this line to deal with Jim or Jay or Alan, or annnyyy other employee at this location! They have such sunny, fun personalities that truly change the atmosphere. If you walk in here having a bad day, it will surely turn around. Not to mention, other places will deny you if you don't have things packaged up, labeled, or taped properly. These people will actually help you get it situated without making you feel like an idiot. I ❤️ you people!

He found the item, was able to give me information on its delivery status and updated me throughout the process. Kudos to you guys 5/5!”
“I'm moving again (in part because of RTS On Demand and RTS Access service having become too un-user friendly), but before I go I need to say good things about the Webster Post Office. The one-story building borders on ugly, aesthetically speaking, BUT no steps (or steep incline) and automatic doors, plus plenty of room inside (all good because I use a walker). The best part of visiting the Webster Post Office is the staff. Everyone is always courteous, helpful, and completely up to date on the myriad functions of the USPS. As I mentioned in a previous review, I have done business in several post offices in several states and Webster ranks right close to the best. Thanks.”
“Will provided the best customer service and help I've witnessed ever. He was very quick and efficient the entire process. He offered me a cardboard package instead of paper that I selected making it better reinforced. He explained shipping dates, rates and confirmed all of the information. He was polite with all the customers and had a very friendly attitude with his coworkers also. Will offered me stamps and passport help also which I didn't know the USPS offered. This guy deserves a huge pat on the back. He should be a corporate trainer for customer service. Amazing. I don't use USPS often but will gladly go back to this location since he made me feel very comfortable and understanding. Thank you Will. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.”

“I come to this post office regularly to mail packages or pick up packages that requires signature.I’ve always had a great experience and I’ve always been treated cordially and professionally.I come here to renew passports for myself and my family and they have been very helpful with that too.Passport day is crazy... get ready for a long line, but the staff at the post office always take it with a great smile, fee cookies and coffe.”
