“T Landscaping is where it's at! We absolutely adore the front staff and the owner in general! They are very accommodating, personable, and outright amazing! We had one issue (problem provided by one of their vendors), which when we reached out to their staff, they immediately escalated it right into the hands of the owner, who addressed it quickly and effectively! Any time we need any landscape products- and we are within 20 minutes of - we go directly there.”
“We came into the store to buy two gerbils for my son. We visited a couple times to scope them out and spoke with Emma both times. She was SO sweet and SO helpful. “Came here to check out their selection of window blinds and to see how they actually work. They had a nice set up with a few different models to try out. Found out they offer more colors on line than in the store. They are able to customs cut the blinds in store if needed. Good to know! The store has so many home items and a fair price. I was checking out their garden, hardware and carpet areas. Definitely a great place to shop when updating your home or yard. Staff was very friendly and greeted me more than one occasion. Located on west ridge road, parking lot was busy but it was a Saturday...”
“I was in the Penfield Home Depot on Friday (8/7), looking for Flooring for my Condominium. While we weren’t quite sure what we wanted or how to go about installing, we had many questions. A very nice and knowledgeable young man named Devine took care of us and did an awesome job explaining the differences and showing us the different types. We took up quite a bit of his time and he was very patient with us. I would like to thank him for the awesome service and let his superiors know what an outstanding young man he is and that he did a great job helping us out.”

He was extremely patient, very professional, resourceful and very kind to not only recommend the correct hinges for my project but also helped put the wood planks together for me. He went over and above helping us!!I was later helped by Maureen at the Service desk to make truck rental arrangements. She went over and above too to stow my items overnight. “My recent visit to Home Depot was overall very positive, earning a well-deserved four-star rating. The store's product range is extensive, catering to both casual DIY-ers and professional builders. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the gardening tools and the variety in the paint section.The staff deserves a special mention for their expertise and friendliness, particularly in the lighting department where their guidance was invaluable. However, the store's large size, while allowing for a wide product range, means that items are often far apart. This can make quick trips longer than expected as navigating the vast aisles can be time-consuming.Despite this, the overall experience was good. The store's wide selection and helpful staff make it a go-to destination for home improvement needs, even if it requires a bit more walking.”
“Country Max is such a fun and unique store. Not only does it have amazing gardening supplies and beautiful plants, but they have a retro candy and gift area, as well as snacks, drinks, clothing, footwear, and items for your pets, and unique outdoor decor. I also love checking out their live animals at the back of the store. They have all types of birds, and small lizards, and other animals. They also sell live foo for your pets and set ups and food for any new pet you take home. You really need to check out Country Max. It will be one of your new favorite stores I promise you.”

“It can be hard to get a pickup truck when you want it as not all stores may have one available. You can reserve one only at the Henrietta store, otherwise it's first come, first served. I've had reservations canceled on me a couple of times, which is really annoying if you've lined up hired help for your job. Depending on which store you rent from, you may get an older or newer truck. It can be hit or miss. So far I've hired from the Greece, Irondequoit and Henrietta stores. Make sure you have your driver ID and insurance card with you when you go or they will not rent a truck or to you.”
“I went to the Home Depot across from Eastview mall (not my regular location) and I was so pleased and surprised by the excellent survice and willingingness of employees to help me. I have not gotten this type of service at any other Home Depot locations I have been to, so wanted to applaud this location. I had several different employees direct me and help me in the store; all very pleasant and friendly. It seemed most of them were over 50-60 years old - so I'm sure that contributed to such a nice experience. This will be my new location to shop at from now on.”
“A nice place to buy any non-grocery items. They have quality clothes at rock-bottom prices. Sure, they aren't name brand clothes, but I'm a girl who appreciates a bargain. They have a huge selection of women's clothing, as well as a decent lingerie department. It's nothing too fancy, but if you just need a sweatshirt and a pair of socks, this is the place to go. People criticize it for having few groceries, but it isn't a grocery store. I expect them turning into a Super Center soon, but I'm not sure. Still, a great place filled with everything I'm going to need when I go to college, and it will let me save a few bucks for coffee.”
