Can't get through. Takes days to get a call returned.

Chase has gone down the central call center rabbit hole of frustration. It it very difficult to get through as they do not pick-up and rolls to their dreaded call center of epileptic button pushing recording fillabusters. Made a branch appointment for 3:30pm and have been waiting for over 30 mins while the rep is chit chatting with the last appointment which is obviously running long. I wouldn’t mind if they were all business instead of shooting the shit.
