Dr. Bob is amazing. His professionalism, diagnostic capabilities and extensive knowledge from many years of experience sets him apart from so many. I wouldn't take my beloved cat anywhere else. I must say after 12 yrs with living in 2 different states and 2 cats 12 this is one of the best choice I ever made they really have shown compassion in their work and really being helpful and attentive to cats needs - thank you ?

The front staff were extremely helpful and treated my cats very kindly. The vet Dr. Lann was professional and straight to the point, and gave me good pointers to take care of my cat pixel who is borderline overweight. My other cat sassy got a nice bath and blow, and when I came back home, despite both of them being anxious during the visit, both of them were absolutely fine as if nothing happened. I highly recommend.

The front staff is amazing, the vet, Dr. Lann, not so much. Practically no bed side manner, stares at the computer while talking a history. Communicates in a judgemental manner.
My cat had sudden weight loss--he put her on Mirtazipine to stimulate appetite. I asked him how the drug worked, and he said he "didn't know". I googled it to understand it's mechanism of action. I can't fathom a vet prescribing a drug he doesn't know the mechanism of action.
After drawing blood, he said we needed to schedule an abdominal U/S as soon as possible, for which my cat had to be NPO for eight hours. When we came in for the appointment, he seemed surprised, and said they had a "traveling ultrasonographer" and we had to schedule again. He recommended taking more blood, this time for pancreatic enzymes. No idea why they couldn't have done this the first go around. We declined.
My dear cat died within days of that last visit, without a diagnosis, and essentially, with no treatment.
The other vets may be fine in this practice, but Dr. Lann seems not to be on top of much of anything. But more than that, his complete lack of warmth and poor communication skills are the most negative aspect of his care.

Dr. Lann has limited beside manner, poor understanding of how medications work, and lacks compassion. I say this as a physician. Front office staff is great. Dr. Lann's poor care was in part responsible for the loss of my cat, who died without a diagnosis, despite over $800 in bills, and lack of treatment. Perhaps the other vet in the practice is better.

I had to engage Cats Exclusively when I was unable to get my kitty into their regular vet. I was able to take her in the next day, and ultimately she was diagnosed with lung cancer. The care she and I received from Dr. Cheryl and Drm Bob was stellar. When we had to take her for her final visit we were treated with such kindness and compassion. They even put daffodils on her little coffin, and tucked her in with a sprig of catnip.

This place is amazing. My old vet didn’t care at all about my cat, and was way overwhelmed by the number of patients they dealt with. Cats Exclusively treats my cat like a real patient and provides great care with compassion and love. I would highly recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone looking for a cats only vet that provides the best care.
