Brought my car in the afternoon and explained the problem with the car and I said I would leave it overnight assuming they would have ample time to see what was wrong. Next day waited for them to call me to tell me what the problem was. After 2pm still no word so I called them and they barely had any idea what the problem was. They obviously did not bother to inspect the car thoroughly and said to call them back in an hour. I called and still no results so I decided to just pick up the car. They just handed me back the keys and not one word or attempt of an explanation was given. Very poor customer service and a waste of a day off from work. Stick to Fischer in Warwick.

Vinny is my go-to as far as a trustworthy mechanic. Problems are diagnosed quickly, repairs are executed on time, and the prices are very reasonable. Engine, drive-train, suspension, electrical, he's done it all. I've taken my cars and trucks to him for over 15 years, zero complaints. If you find an honest mechanic, stick with them.
