Over the past few years, the team at Automotive Ingenuity has worked on my family's 2012 LR4, 2015 Jeep Wrangler, 2019 Civic, my dad's ancient Trailblazer, and probably some vehicles I've forgotten about. No matter the vehicle or the issue, the expertise, advice, and service is outstanding. Steph, Jeff, and everyone there are great people, and I wouldn't trust anyone else to take care of my family's safety and love of driving.

I went to this shop last minute no appointment and had an issue with my 2011 Mustang Gt. What they found was my differential gears were completely shattered inside and my driveshaft was in need of replacement. I had to get to a car show that same week and they fit me in no issues. I was extremely pleased to be able to go to the car show and the car drove better than when I first got it. They also found a safety concern with my brake caliper leaking and fixed it as well. Definitely going back to them with all my cars. Do not hesitate to call them.

I recently bought a 1985 Porsche 944. I was so surprised when I saw that there was a Porsche mechanic so close to my house in Warwick. I stopped in to check it out and make an appointment for them to give my car a "Post Purchase Inspection" and to meet the team. Jeff came out and talked with me and it made me feel very comfortable. It was immediately clear he knows his trade but that he cares about Customer Service. I very much appreciated that. After my "Inspection", Jeff called me to talk me through his detailed findings and followed that call up with an email documenting the recommended projects for my car with estimates. He helped me prioritize the work and we have since started checking some of those items off the list.
Jeff, Steph & Crew are very good at what they do and I feel lucky to have found them.

Very glad I found this shop to care for my 2019 BMW. I greatly prefer independent shops over dealer service departments and Automotive Ingenuity did not disappoint. Their communication via phone text and email was absolutely top-notch. I am especially impressed by their quoting and estimate system that makes for fast and clear communication. I appreciate the hands-on touch that Jeff, the owner, gave to my issues and the extra effort he and his team made to address a particularly sticky issue. I will definitely make this my go-to shop for any needed automotive repairs and maintenance.

Wanted to give a shout out to Automotive Ingenuity repair shop in Pine Island! The mini cooper had some sudden "issues" this past week on way to work. We thought it may have been a warranty issue, so we told our regular shop that. They didnt want to work on it as warranty work, so we had to find another shop asap. Automotive Ingenuity took car in same day, diagnosed (of course, not covered by warranty) and repaired quickly. Easy to deal with, good communication. Highly recommend!
