I had a pillow my daughter forgot after Christmas, and she asked me to deliver it to her. The lady at the front desk was more than helpful. She helped me with a box for it, it was one of those long pillows. She helped me save a lot of money. She did a lot of work to get it to fit in a box. This place is more than excellent.

I love the selection of stamps, the CERTIFIED money orders(NEVER buy the one's from 7-11! Too many hassles if you lose it & a hefty fee to get your refund.), staff is always so kind & helpful.

It's a post office. They do what they are supposed to do. No issues or whiny complaining from me.

In over 25 years visiting the Pine City Post Office, I never had a problem with any of the clerks, carriers, and certainly none of the several PM's over those many years. All very friendly, dedicated, and eager to help. A credit to the USPS.

I have nothing but problems. Stephanie you saddle Beth with so much she can't handle it. You lost my mother's day gift to my mother, I had every right to report you then. Another time she just didn't receive her package. How can someone deal with you when you are seldom in the office? Now, again I send her a package the same time I mailed two others. The others got theirs yesterday. Guess who didn't get theirs. Yep, my mother from the pine City Post office. She is 84 yrs old in a senior living, and very lonely so if I tell her she has a package coming, she is very much looking forward to it. Hey Stephanie, do you check all the packages before you send them out? That is a very inquiring question on my part. And no I am not trusting you at this point. You are the postmaster and no you do not deserve my trust. So with this being said, I hope my mother gets her package tomorrow or I am going to calling to report you. My post master will do it from here and at the very least you will be investigated. Veronica Reese Spring Hill fl. 3526847394
