Offering discounts for better reviews but not paying out. Secure enough facility but dealing with the customer service and clauses in the contracts was enough for me.Foreign owners pushing as hard as possible for every penny.

THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM SELLING YOUR BELONGINGS !!! Due to a work related injury I was unable to work for a few months so I called customer support to explain the situation and see if some arrangements could be made as far as my monthly payments were concerned. I was told (very rudely) that that wasn’t an option and was hung up on. I called back to speak with a supervisor and was told someone would call me back shortly, that call never came. I had paid faithfully for two years and couldn’t even get that. It started out with a fee of $100/month, every three months the fees go up. This unit was tiny. If you’re seven days late they add on a late fee and after that they add on $50 and lock you out. Those fees on top of your monthly payment add up fast, and they DO NOT BEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! They send threatening emails and their bullies call and stay right on the edge of crossing the line for harassment charges being brought against them. Bolt storage is the worst business to ever come into the Elmira. If you enjoy be harassed, threatened and belittled then they can provide with superior service, if not I’d recommend staying far away from this business.

Highly recommend! Perfect location for a great price! First time going was super easy and convenient. Always simple to get in and access my unit. Went with the 5x5 and was slightly worried about limited space but this ended up being the perfect size for me! Ended up fitting lots more furniture in after this photo was taken including a queen size bed and mattress, dresser, entertainment stand and more.
