“Bolt made it very easy to rent a unit! Our move in day was on a holiday (Memorial Day)and we ended up having to call customer support because our gate key code wouldn’t work. However, the gentleman who helped us (can’t remember his name) deserves endless credit for his patience and kindness. This error was our fault as there are two locations on the road we were on. We were at the wrong location. Once we got into the correct location and got in the unit (10 x 20) , the unit was very clean and absolutely no issues whatsoever! Highly recommend this company! They made our first ever storage unit rental experience a positive one!”

“I recently visited my car in storage here and as I left , I failed to secure the lever into the locked position. I secured my lock but since the lever was not in the locking position it would not lock. After a while the owner called me and said that on their security checks they noticed it and immediately called me. That service they provided was extremely professional and downright comforting to know that they had my back. Very gratefulMark Cavaluzzi”

“Mariah was great! The truck was parked by the door so I didn't have to go through the parking lot to find it. The male employee was friendly. My entire experience was excellent! One thing...secure the dolly in the back so it doesn't scare the bejezus out of the driver when stopping and slamming into the front wall of the back...LOL!”
